This package can be modified to accommodate changes in any of the $0 other packages that impact General Fund discretionary resource reductions. A reduction in cash transfer expense roughly twice the amount of the General Fund reduction is required to maintain a Expense Recommended Total positive Parks Levy Fund balance, and this package functions to reduce Fund 232000 expense for every dollar not required for the General Fund reduction. Contingency $15,627,555 Fund Transfers - Expense ($15,627,555) Service Impacts $0 The principal service level impact of this package is apportionment of the reduction between General Fund and Parks Levy resources for the entire set of PP&R's decision packages. Those packages have direct impacts. The principal impact of this package is to allow decision-makers to determine the enterprise General Fund reduction to PP&R and VCSS while maximizing preservation of Parks Levy resources in order to allow them to fund operations through the close of FY2025-26 without risk of creating a negative fund balance. That is the fifth and final year of the 2020 Parks Levy. Equity Impacts There are no anticipated equity impacts directly linked to this package.
