General Fund Discretionary ($124,842) Service Impacts ($124,842) Fewer Natural Area Condition Assessments Documented. This is a 75% reduction of the Natural Area Ecological Health Assessment Program.

  • Without the EMS, Asset Management cannot hire the CSA position needed to complete the Natural Area Assessments.
  • Without the EMS paying for the CSA Staffing, there will be fewer Natural Area Assessments completed. This is a 75% reduction of Natural Area Ecological Health Assessment Program just as they are getting started. Reduced Workspace Funding and Staffing. This budget package represents a 35% reduction in the Workspace Program Staff and a reduction in consultant EMS funding available.
