Personnel ($86,820) Service Impacts ($92,991)

  • Elimination of Seasonal Time Entry. Upon implementation of the FY 25-26 Budget OSS-I Revenue Recommended Total elimination package, all seasonal time entry work will stop which directly impacts revenue billings and administrative workload on multiple teams. General Fund Discretionary ($92,991)
  • Reduction of MicroMain (MM) Quality Control. All work-order intake quality control will be reduced.
  • Reduction of the Speed and Quality of the MicroMain Replacement Project Delivery. This position ($92,991) helps facilitate the MicroMain Replacement Project, and since MM is to be technically unsupported soon, the delivery of the replacement system is on a critically short timetable. There are numerous staff involved in the process and this position helps support the process and meetings.
  • Reduction in Mt. Tabor Yard Counter Service by 75%. There are two Staff working in Administration for all of the Mt. Tabor Yard. With the elimination of one, there will be a significant reduction in services provided and at times, no counter service at all such as invoice/P-Card processing, and technical support for work teams. Equity Impacts Elimination of OSS-1 Position Entry Level Opportunity. Eliminating this entry-level position reduces opportunities for the community members to enter into City employment and then grow and learn to expand their potential future career which is in direct conflict with the City’s Anti-racism and Equity core values.
