Opening one hour later and closing one hour earlier daily. Due to $0 current hours and SOAR (afterschool) program requirements, SJCC will not reduce their current weekday pm hours, which is reflected in the decision package numbers. Woodstock CC already Revenue Recommended Total operates on a shortened schedule, so no hour reduction for that center have been included in this proposal. This reduction will go into effect September 1, 2025. General Fund Discretionary $0 Service Impacts $0 This reduction for FY 2025-26 will reduce access to the public during the first and final hour of operation. The primary impact will be in regard to those drop-in options, (swimming, fitness center, gym use) that are currently available during these hours. Equity Impacts Reducing access in any form impacts those communities that have been historically excluded from services. This package reduces access to services.
