This position is currently responsible for maintaining the compliance notifications required of the health plan, administers the Preventive Care Initiative embedded within collective bargaining agreements, and completes critical tasks for the benefit's annual open enrollment period. Without this position, critical compliance work would not get completed. Service Impacts Workload within benefits team has steadily increased over the last couple of years in response to increased costs, more benefit eligible employees, new initiatives, and increased workload.
